Essays
This is where Laran writes longer-form, with more of himself on the page than reference content allows. Essays trace patterns observed over time, draw lines between systems work, team dynamics, and the inner work that supports both, and admit experience into the prose.
Topic pages do the work of stable reference. Essays do the work of perspective — what experience shaped the framing, what surprised the writer, what they got wrong before getting it right. Both are necessary; neither substitutes for the other.
Essays are durable. A well-formed essay holds up a year later because the perspective was genuine, not because the facts haven't moved.
